Pure Sangiovese, young and versatile with hints of berries, characterised by an elegant tannic structure and excellent drinkability.
- Grape variety: Sangiovese
- Production area: Magliano in Toscana
- Annual production: 15,000 bottles
- Grape harvest: manual, in mid-September
- Vinification: fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel at a temperature of 28°C. Ageing for 8 months in steel tanks and refinement in the bottle for at least 3 months.
- Flavour and aroma: ruby red. Fruity, with elegant tannins and good persistence
- Pairings: pasta dishes with red sauces and meat sauce, red meat, spicy dishes, eggs.
- Serving temperature: 18 °C.
- Certification: ICEA – Naturland Fair
